Rock and Roll Baby Limited is committed to the safety of all persons who attend our classes and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Class cancelation.
Rock and Roll Baby will endeavour to run classes as scheduled unless there is an event that is outside of our control. You will be notified of any cancellations/changes via email or phone. We will aim to offer an additional class for any cancelled session. We cannot automatically offer refunds. Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays or classes you choose to not attend due to other commitments.
Illness and behaviour.
We ask parents to keep their baby / child at home if they have a contagious illness or serious infection and to inform us as to the nature of the infection/illness so that other parents can be alerted. In any class, the parent is responsible for the baby / child’s welfare and behaviour while participating in the class so that it doesn’t negatively impact others. All parents are expected to behave in a polite and courteous manner. Failure to do so may result in your baby / child being asked to leave the class and your agreement with us being cancelled immediately with no refunds for remaining classes.
Data Protection.
The information you provide on booking a class / course of classes contains personal data. We will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation Act.
Marketing.
By enrolling in classes and accepting these T’s & C’s, you agree that any pictures or videos taken during classes can be used for marketing purposes on our website and social media pages.
Website use.
